Returns accepted within 7 business days of receipt for defective or damaged items.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (excludes logo placement fee). Item must be returned in original package. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

2. Defective Items:
Full refund or replacement provided if the defect is reported within 7 business days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to original payment methods within 14 – 21 business days.
